Our services are delivered remotely. Depending on the agreed scope, delivery may involve a consultation session, requirements summary, analysis or recommendations document. The proposal identifies the exact deliverables, format, delivery method, timing, acceptance criteria and information or participation needed from you.服务以远程方式提供。根据约定范围，交付可能包括咨询交流、需求摘要、分析或建议文档。项目方案会明确具体交付物、形式、交付方式、时间、验收标准及所需客户资料或配合。

We quote by project. Before any paid work or payment request, the written proposal must state the scope, exclusions, fees in USD, any payment schedule, deliverables and acceptance arrangements. Additional work or fees require written agreement.按项目报价。任何付费工作或付款请求之前，书面方案须说明范围、不包含内容、美元费用、付款安排（如有）、交付物和验收安排。额外工作或费用须书面确认。

The project agreement must explain cancellation and refund arrangements before payment. This includes how to cancel, how work already completed is treated, how any unused advance payment is handled, and the applicable refund method and timing. Review those terms before accepting the proposal.项目协议须在付款前说明取消和退款安排，包括取消方式、已完成工作的处理、未使用预付款的处理，以及适用的退款方式和时间。接受方案前，请先审阅这些条款。

For a cancellation request, delivery question or concern about agreed work, email admin@myxiaojiu.com with enough information to identify the project. Do not include passwords or payment-card details.
