A useful first email一封有效的咨询邮件

  1. Your project goal and the question you need help answering.项目目标，以及希望协助回答的问题。
  2. The type of support you are looking for and your preferred timing.需要哪一类支持，以及期望时间。
  3. Any relevant, non-sensitive context or constraints.相关且不敏感的背景或限制。

Please do not send identity documents, bank-card details, account passwords or confidential files in your initial enquiry. If project information is needed, we will first agree an appropriate way to share it.首次咨询请勿发送身份证件、银行卡信息、账户密码或机密文件。如项目需要进一步资料，将先约定适当的共享方式。

An enquiry does not place an order or start paid work. Scope, fees and delivery arrangements are confirmed in writing before any paid engagement.发送咨询不等于下单，也不会自动开始付费工作。付费合作前将书面确认范围、费用与交付安排。

    Before paid work, we agree the scope, deliverables, timing, USD fees, acceptance criteria and cancellation arrangements in writing.付费工作开始前，书面确认范围、交付物、时间、美元费用、验收标准以及取消安排。

    Review the next steps评审下一步

    The work follows the agreed scope. Findings, recommendations and any proposed changes are discussed with you.依照约定范围开展工作，并与你沟通分析结果、建议和任何拟议变更。
